Project Overview

The platform lets staff submit resource requests, routes each one through the right approval chain, and gives administrators a clear view of pending, approved, and rejected requests across the department.

The Problem

  • Resource requests and inventory were managed through disconnected processes.
  • Different user roles required separate permissions and workflows.
  • Manual management made tracking approvals and department resources inefficient.

The Solution

  • Built a centralized web platform with role-based authentication.
  • Implemented request approvals, inventory management, and CSV data import.
  • Added email notifications using PHPMailer and dynamic content management.
